We recognize the vital role that a free press plays in an open society. The press disseminates important information and increases public awareness of problems and solutions. The Agricultural Workers Health Project (AWHP) strives to educate society on the health and safety problems facing farmworkers. AWHP can better realize our mission and goals by working with the press to highlight these problems and solutions.
We encourage members of the press to contact the office closest to them for more information regarding farm worker health and safety, and our work to represent farmworkers in the legal system.
